Charles de Fontenay

Charles de Fontenay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charles is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at apiday since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PayFit from 2016 to 2022, holding positions such as Onboarding Director, Team Lead Onboarding, and Customer Onboarding Manager. Before PayFit, they were an Auditeur (alternant) at Bewiz from September 2015 to July 2016. Charles also had a role as an Auditeur Junior at Bewiz for a 6-month internship from January 2015 to July 2015, where they gained experience in financial control and audit. Previously, they worked as a Contrôleur de Gestion Junior at SCC from June 2014 to November 2014. Charles also has experience as a Project Manager at ESGMS Business Strategies from September 2013 to May 2014, where they conducted research and acted as an intermediary between customers and the organization. Additionally, they worked as a Store Manager at Nicolas in July 2012 and as a Tennis Instructor at Laval Tennis Club from September 2010 to June 2011.

Charles de Fontenay began their education in 2007 at Lycée Immaculée Conception, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique (A-Level equivalent) in 2010. Charles then attended Paris School of Business from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In 2012, they also studied at Dublin Business School, completing the Liverpool John Moores University Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with a specialization in Business Management. From 2013 to 2015, Charles pursued a Master's degree in Audit, Management Accounting, and Accounting at ESG Management School.
