Kartik Iyer

Kartik Iyer began their work experience in 2019 as a Sales Specialist at Etech Global Services, where they maintained a positive and professional attitude towards customers while promptly responding to their inquiries. In 2021, they joined Apidel Technologies as a Sr. Recruiter - Talent Acquisition, where they worked with various industries, such as healthcare and IT, assisting clients in filling positions. Kartik demonstrated extensive knowledge in onboarding candidates, conducting the interview process, performing background checks, handling documentation, and managing payroll. Additionally, Kartik Iyer was responsible for the second-level closing for their team members.

Kartik Iyer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in human resources from Narmada College of Science & Commerce. Kartik attended the college from 2017 to 2020.
