Riya Rajput has a strong background in technical recruiting. Riya started their career at Collabera Inc. as a Technical Recruiter from October 2018 to April 2019. Riya then joined ClikSource as a Technical Recruiter for a few months before moving on to Apidel Technologies in November 2019. At Apidel Technologies, Riya first worked as a Technical Recruiter and later promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter in January 2021. Riya'sresponsibilities included headhunting and recruiting various professionals, such as program/project managers, web developers, IT systems analyst specialists, and marketing/sales managers. Riya utilized various recruitment methods, including online platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as cold calling and networking. Riya also has experience with US tax terms and work statuses. As of April 2022, they hold the position of Lead Recruiter at Apidel Technologies.
