Carlos Barrera

Carlos Barrera has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Carlos began their career in 2010 at Renaissance Meadowlands as a Front Desk agent and later joined Concord Hospitality Enterprises as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent. Carlos worked their way up in Concord Hospitality Enterprises, taking on roles such as Audit Supervisor and Night Auditor. In 2016, they joined The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel as an Accounting Generalist and later became an Income Auditor. Carlos then moved to Denihan Hospitality Group in 2018, where they served as a Night Manager until 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Residence Inn by Marriott as a Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Manager. Currently, Carlos is employed at Accommodations Plus International as a Sourcing Manager, starting in February 2023.

Carlos Barrera completed their education at two institutions. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Bergen Community College where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. Following that, Carlos studied at Montclair State University from 2013 to 2015, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management.
