Theresa Fisher

Theresa Fisher is a highly experienced quality and engineering professional, currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at ApiJect Systems since June 2023. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at AlloSource® from June 2017 to May 2023, including Quality Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer. Theresa’s experience also includes a contract role as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Baxter International Inc. from November 2016 to June 2017 and as a Mechanical Engineer at Evergreen Research, Inc. from March 2016 to October 2016. Previous roles at Baxter International Inc. from April 2015 to March 2016 included Senior Design Engineer on a contract basis, and Theresa began their career as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at First Sense Medical from September 2012 to July 2014, along with co-founding and serving as CEO of Design Innovations for Infants and Mothers Everywhere from April 2011 to August 2012. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 2006 and 2011.
