Igor Mak

Igor Mak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Igor most recently worked as a System Engineer at APIS IT d.o.o. starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as an EU ERDF Project Coordinator at Centar za rehabilitaciju Zagreb from October 2019 to March 2023.

In their previous position at Optima Telekom d.d., Igor held several senior marketing strategy roles. Igor was a Senior Marketing Strategy Expert in IPTV content from June 2018 to November 2018, and in Proposition from April 2015 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Igor worked as a Product Development Expert from September 2006 to March 2015 and as a Customer Care Expert from January 2005 to August 2006.

At Hrvatski Telekom, Igor's earlier experience involved customer care-related roles. Igor worked as a Trainer in the Customer Care Training Team from June 2004 to December 2004, as a Customer Care Multiskill Agent from March 2003 to May 2004, and as a Customer Care Agent from September 2002 to February 2003.

In 1992, Igor Mak attended Technical School "Ruđer Bošković" for high school. During this time, they studied computer engineering technologies/technicians. Upon completion in 1996, they did not earn a specific degree. In 2009, they enrolled at Algebra University College and obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification. No field of study is provided for their time at Algebra University College.
