Madhura Lanjekar

Madhura Lanjekar is the current Head of Human Resources at Apisero. Madhura has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Madhura previously worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clarion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from January 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the BU- HR- Head at Persistent Systems from June 2016 to December 2017. Lanjekar began their career in Human Resources at Tata Technologies where they worked from January 2008 to June 2016 and was eventually promoted to Head- Talent Management. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, employee engagement, policy formulation, performance management, employee recognition, employee communication, succession planning, leadership development, training & development, event management, and induction. Before Tata Technologies, Lanjekar worked as an Assistant Manager- Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions from May 2006 to August 2008. Her first job in the Human Resources field was at OS2i Ltd., where they worked as an Account Manager from December 2003 to May 2006. Lanjekar is also a Consultant/Service Provider for hiring, assessment and special projects - everything about talent.
