Terrence Hahn

As an innovator of software, services, devices, new materials, and business models, Terrence Hahn has driven step-change transformations and double-digit income growth across eight major industry verticals throughout his three-decade career, leading teams based in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Terrence spent 19 years working with Air Products & Chemicals in several senior leadership roles in Taiwan, Malaysia, Canada, and the US. He subsequently joined Honeywell, where he served as President and CEO of Home and Building Technologies, President and CEO of Transportation Systems, and Vice President and General Manager of Performance Materials and Technologies/Fluorine Products. Terrence was most recently CEO of Axalta Coating Systems.

He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Terrence's non-profit work supports education, women's health, STEM and the arts. He serves as the Chair of Thomas Jefferson University's President's Global Strategy Council, guiding the university's drive for transformation worldwide in innovation, academics, clinical and philanthropy.
