Stephanie Mann

Stephanie Mann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate development, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Live Oak Bank since 2019, where leadership focuses on embedded banking, M&A, and ventures for small businesses. In addition to this role, Stephanie holds positions as EVP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Apiture and Board Member for multiple organizations, including Leyline Renewable Capital, APPROVE, and Lakeside Partners of Wilmington Inc. Stephanie's background includes corporate finance advisory services at Sun Runner Advisors and teaching Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances at Rutgers Business School. Prior experience at Citi as Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking involved executing over $125 billion in M&A transactions. Stephanie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Stanford University.
