Chad Wege

Chad Wege has worked for several companies throughout their career. Chad began their career at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. as a Technology Manager, where they built and mentored a team and managed a departmental budget. Chad then joined UnitedHealth Group, where they held various roles such as Business Analyst Consultant, Manager of Business Analysis, Associate Director of Business Analysis, and Director of Business Analysis and Digital Product Development. During their time at UnitedHealth Group, Chad initiated and led strategic initiatives, managed scope with intersecting programs and vendors, and facilitated large proof of concept projects. Chad later joined Change Healthcare as a Director and Vice President, where they consolidated program management functions, expanded product opportunities with existing clients, and transformed agile practices. Currently, Chad is working at Apixio as a Director and then Vice President of Product, where they are responsible for developing prospective risk adjustment products and stabilizing and enhancing health risk phenotype products.

Chad Wege obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Lakeland University between 2006 and 2009. Chad also earned a Management Certification in Executive Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. Before that, Chad completed a B.A. in Computer Science at Lakeland University from 2004 to 2006. Chad started their education with an A.A.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Chad obtained a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association between 2001 and 2003. In December 2018, they received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
