Ayush MacHhindra Shinde

Ayush Machhindra Shinde is a Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation Office at Apleona Group since May 2023. Previously, Ayush completed an internship focused on Digital Transformation and Consulting at Continental from September 2022 to March 2023. Between February 2017 and August 2019, Ayush held several key roles at STES'S Stallion Motorsport Electric, including Lead Engineer for the steering system, Team Manager overseeing budget allocation and logistics, and Design Engineer for the lightweight Rack and Pinion assembly. Ayush is pursuing a Master’s degree in Operational Excellence at Hochschule Hof, expected to graduate in May 2024, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering earned in 2020. Education also includes foundational studies at the Alumni Association of MES’ Abasaheb Garware College and Dhruv Academy.
