Prior to this, Gregory held various roles in companies such as UEFA, MATHYS, LUMENS8, Events Concept, Mövenpick, La Réserve, and Les Chefs De France. With a strong background in event management, hospitality, and business development, Gregory has shown expertise in operational management, client relations, and project coordination. Gregory also holds a BTS in Hospitality and a Baccalauréat technologique in Hotelier.
