She is passionate about community, data analysis to measure impact, and helping seasoned employees and newcomers improve communication skills to create better futures. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in corporate learning organizations.

A Raleigh North Carolina native with Scottish roots, she began her career in the public-school system working for Communities in Schools (CIS) with at-risk children teaching leadership skills to Middle and High School Students.

After owning a small business, she moved into corporate Learning & Development roles with careers at Fidelity Investments, Kohls, Conduent and ChannelAdvisor.
