Lisa began her career as an educator in 1996, and has worked in corporate learning and development since 2003. Her corporate roles have been with The Boeing Company, PEMCO Mutual Insurance, T-Mobile USA, and the technology company EMC.

Lisa is certified to administer and interpret a variety of targeted assessment tools, including Everything DiSC®, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), and PXT Select™.
