Kathleen Bradley has extensive experience in educational and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Instructional Aide at A+ Charter Schools, Inc. since August 2004, Kathleen specializes in providing reading instruction and dyslexia remediation through the Multi-sensory Teaching Approach Reading program. Prior to this, Kathleen held positions as Customer Service Manager and Shipping/Receiving Clerk at W.H. Smith Books/Hudson Booksellers, and as Customer Service Manager at Blockbuster, where responsibilities included managing inventory and customer service operations. Kathleen's early career includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Kmart Corporation. Kathleen holds an Associate’s Degree in Art/Art Studies from Eastfield College, as well as a Practicum in Teacher Assistant/Aide from Invalid9380 and additional education at Dallas College Eastfield Campus.
