James Sierra

James Sierra is a seasoned professional in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Mascot and Entertainment Coordinator for the Washington Commanders since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Brand Ambassador at A+ Staffing Inc, Events and Entertainment Intern with the Baltimore Ravens, Ticket Operations Intern at the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, and Marketing Intern with Temple Athletics. James has a strong background in entertainment program management, community outreach, and event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University, completed in August 2022.
