Paul D.

Paul D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul began their career in 1994 as a Travel Sales Manager and Planner at Great Southern Travel, where they planned and sold wholesale tour programs in the Branson, MO area. Paul then moved on to work at Sunnyland Tours Inc as the Vice President of Business Development, where they helped develop tour programs and created an annual catalog of tours. Paul also worked at Devlin Travel, Inc as the President, planning vacations for groups to Scotland, England, Ireland, and Wales.

In 2008, Paul joined APlus Workforce Management Solutions as the Director of Business Development, where they played a key role in expanding the company's turnover and footprint in Missouri and beyond. Paul then worked at DoubleTree by Hilton as the Associate Director of Sales, receiving the Manager of the Year award in 2012. Paul continued their career at the Little Rock Marriott as the Director of Group Sales, overseeing a team of six and generating over $12 million in group sales revenue.

Paul joined the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center as the Director of Sales and later returned to Choice Hotels International as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cambria Hotel in Plano. Paul was responsible for raising revenue and achieving numerous accolades, including being nominated for Director of Sales of the Year for Cambria hotels. At Choice Hotels International, they also served as the Sales Operations Manager for Cambria Hotels, ensuring the sales teams were operating at peak levels.

Most recently, Paul joined APlus Payroll as the Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2020.

Paul D. attended Hutchesons' Grammar School from 1979 to 1985. Following that, they attended Cardonald College from 1985 to 1986, where they earned a National Certificate in Media Studies. Paul continued their education at Cardonald College from 1986 to 1988, obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Communications.
