Barry Jossen

Barry Jossen is the current President and Head of A+E Studios at A+E Networks. Prior to this, they spent 12 years at The Walt Disney Company, where they oversaw all studio operations and strategic planning as EVP, Studio Creative and Production for ABC Studios. In 2008, they also founded Disney’s Stage 9 Digital Media, an early corporate initiative in its streaming ambitions. Barry then launched ABC Signature in 2012 to support the growth ABC Studios’ cable portfolio and create programming for off-network and emerging platforms.

Before their time at The Walt Disney Company, Jossen spent three years as an Executive Consultant at Imagine Entertainment & Television.

Their manager is Paul Buccieri, President and Chairman. They are on a team with Michael Feeney - Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications, Steve Ascher - EVP, Head of Development, A+E Factual Division, and David Granville-Smith - Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer.
