Gigi Katsaridze

Gigi Katsaridze is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Employee Experience for Africa, Asia, and Europe at APM Terminals since November 2012, overseeing employee experience initiatives across multiple regions. Gigi's expertise includes strategic modernization efforts in the global technical function and previous roles such as Global Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at APM Terminals, as well as a project manager focusing on employee relations in Europe. Additional experience includes key positions at TBC Bank and TAV Airports, demonstrating a broad skill set in HR management and employee relations. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from International Black Sea University and two Master's degrees in Public Administration from Ilia State University and Columbia University.
