Katrina Julia Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katrina Julia began their career as a Service Assistant at IT-firm Klean CPH, where they exhibited their service-oriented nature and organizational skills. Katrina Julia later worked as a Sales Consultant at Forbrugerrådet Tænk - The Danish Consumer Council, ensuring high-quality customer service and managing payments. Katrina then served as a Child Care Assistant at Mariendal integreret institution, showcasing their nurturing abilities.

Katrina Julia'sprofessional journey continued at William Demant, where they worked as an HR Student Assistant at Demant Training Academy, responsible for various tasks, including course coordination and documentation. Subsequently, they joined Maersk Oil as a Student Assistant in Information Solutions, supporting the CIO and the department. Katrina Julia also held roles as a Student Assistant in Strategy and Implementation, contributing to strategic projects, and as part of the Integration team during the separation from AP Moller Maersk Group.

Katrina further expanded their HR expertise at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they served as an HR Advisor in the Employee Experience Team, focusing on enhancing the HR experience for employees and driving engagement initiatives. Katrina Julia later took on the role of Employee Experience Partner, partnering with senior leaders and executing HR cycle activities.

Katrina Julia then joined Total as an HR Advisor, supporting the Communication, Culture & Change Management workstream and contributing to GDPR awareness projects. Eventually, Katrina transitioned to APM Terminals, working as a Transformation Consultant and currently as a LEAN Program Deployment Lead in Global Operations. In their current role, they drive change management initiatives, develops a change management toolbox, and leads the implementation of a LEAN based strategic initiative.

Throughout their career, Katrina has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different environments, work in international teams, and contribute to strategic projects. Katrina Julia'sexperience spans human resources, change management, strategy implementation, and operational support, showcasing their versatility and breadth of skills.

Katrina Julia Olsen completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administrations and Psychology (Cand.merc.psyk) from Copenhagen Business School, starting in 2016 and graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business administration and psychology from the same institution, studying from 2013 to 2016. Before attending Copenhagen Business School, Katrina completed their high school education at Falkonergårdens Gymnasium & HF from 2009 to 2012, specializing in the naturvidenskabelig retning (natural science) field of study.
