Kurt Sulzbach

Kurt Sulzbach is an experienced professional in terminal operations and labor relations, currently serving as the Chief Labor Relations Officer at APM Terminals since November 2010, where previous roles included Director of Labor Relations and Director of Pier Maintenance Industrial. With a tenure at APM Terminals stretching back to April 2000, Kurt has held multiple positions, including Director of Terminal Operations and Director of Vessel Operations, and has overseen various aspects such as profit and loss, human resources, and contract negotiations. Prior to APM Terminals, Kurt served as a Naval Reserve Officer (Lieutenant) in Naval Intelligence. Kurt holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is currently pursuing a Collective Bargaining Certification at Cornell University ILR School.
