Liz began their career at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where they served as the Group Director of Human Resources for East Africa. Liz Ndaire successfully integrated Fairmont culture into the Kenya properties and improved HR processes.

Prior to their time at Fairmont, Liz worked at Hilton Hotels Worldwide as a Human Resources Manager for both the Hilton Sandton and Hilton Nairobi locations.

Earlier in their career, Liz gained experience as the Human Resources Manager at Occidental Insurance Company Ltd.

Liz Ndaire MCIPD has a diverse education history. Liz Ndaire completed a Strategic Human Resources Leadership program at Cornell University in 2017 and also pursued an Executive Leadership course at the same institution in 2011. Further back, Liz obtained an MBA in HR from the University of Nairobi between 2004 and 2006.
