Roberta Ragone

Roberta Ragone has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Roberta'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at APM Terminals, where they managed a team of 7 HR professionals and was responsible for coaching, counseling, and influencing the country leadership team. Roberta also set and delivered local HR priorities aligned with organizational objectives. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Dompé, where they analyzed the European organization and implemented reorganization procedures. Roberta also served as the HR & Operations Manager at Grifols, overseeing HR, finance, administration, logistics, and other operational functions. Throughout their career, Ragone has held various HR roles at Astellas Pharma, IBM ISSC, Elea s.p.a. De Agostini Group, FORMETIS S.R.L., and A.D.R., where they gained experience in recruitment, training, development, performance management, and policy implementation.
