James Cantwell Aciarb

James Cantwell ACIArb is an elected councillor for the Five Villages Ward at Boston Borough Council since May 2023, serving as the Opposition Whip and participating on several committees including the Licensing, Audit and Governance, Regulatory and Appeals, and Planning Committees. In addition, James represents the council on the Bicker Trust, acts as a trustee for the Sutterton Education Trust, and is a member of both the East Midlands Scrutiny Network and the Outer Dowsing Community Liaison Group. Concurrently, James serves as a councillor for Sutterton Parish Council and has held the position of Support Officer at APMG International since June 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Retail Assistant at Costcutter Supermarkets Group Limited and as a leafleter. James holds a degree in Military and International History from Brunel University London, completed in 2022, and attended Samuel Whitbread Academy from 2012 to 2017.
