Elmien Van Der Westhuizen currently serves as a Tender Manager in the Transactional Banking Sales division at Rand Merchant Bank since October 2018. In addition, Elmien has been actively involved with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) since January 2010, holding a foundation and practitioner level certification, and serving as a committee member in the Marketing and Design Portfolio. Prior to the current role, Elmien worked as a Tender Specialist at Absa from July 2014 to October 2018, and held positions as a Tender Manager and Graphic Designer at SAP from January 2010 to June 2015. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Graphic Designer at AE Plastics from September 2007 to September 2010 and as a Manager at The Inky Shop from April 2007 to September 2007.

APMP® (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) is the worldwide authority for professionals dedicated to the process of winning business through proposals, bids, capture, business development and presentations.
