Neeti Biyani

Neeti Biyani currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Strategy and Development at APNIC Foundation, starting in October 2024. Prior to this, Biyani held the position of Senior Advisor for Policy and Advocacy at the Internet Society from February 2021 to October 2024, focusing on internet fragmentation and advocacy for an open and secure internet. Biyani has extensive experience in policy monitoring, coalition-building, and communication within the tech policy ecosystem, including engagements with various stakeholders such as governments and civil society. Previous roles include Program Officer at the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability, where Biyani led advocacy on tax and development, and a consultant for Transparency International. Biyani's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Politics from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
