David Chang

David Chang has a diverse work experience. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Apocalypse Studios Inc. David previously worked as a Partner at Tyr Ventures and as an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund. David also served as a Member of the New Media Council at the Producers Guild of America. David was an Adviser to Payletter Inc. for their US payment processing and business initiatives. David is the Founder and Managing Director of Tyr Advisors. David worked as a Partner at Juno Capital Partners, where they collaborated on strategic initiatives and investment opportunities with various companies. David held the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Asmodee Group, where they were responsible for their digital growth. David was also the Founder and CEO of Betcade, a dedicated Android app store for the gaming industry.

David Chang attended the University of Southern California from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. David then went on to attend the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law. In 1998, they became an Active Member of the State Bar of California. David also has additional certifications in investment banking and securities from FINRA, including Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, and Series 82 - Private Securities Offerings Representative.
