Neil Chester

Neil Chester began their work experience at Apogee Consulting Group as a student intern from September 2006 to August 2008. After completing their internship, they joined the company as a Drafter from June 2011 to July 2012. Neil then transitioned to the role of Drafting Standards Lead from July 2012 to February 2015, where they directed and enforced company drafting standards. From February 2015 to May 2016, Neil worked as the Drafting Manager and IT Director, managing desktop and software deployment and providing help desk services. Neil then took on the role of Telecom Drafting Lead and IT Director from May 2016 to January 2017, where they planned and implemented multi-site file synchronization solutions and managed IT purchasing. Currently, Neil is serving as the IT Director at Apogee Consulting Group, P.A., starting from January 2017, where they direct and manages the IT department and has implemented NIST 800-171 and DoD CMMC compliance throughout the organization.

Neil Chester attended Wake Technical Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology.
