Andy Schoenecker

Andy Schoenecker has a strong background in risk management and process improvement. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to this, they held various roles at Harmon Inc, including Training & Process Improvement Manager from March 2011. Andy also worked as a Process Improvement Manager at Apogee Enterprises Inc from 2008 to 2011, and as a Business Process and Training Manager at Harmon from 2006 to 2008. Andy started their career as a Risk Manager at Harmon Inc in 2004 and later moved to Apogee Enterprises Inc as a Risk Manager from 2000 to 2004.

Andy Schoenecker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. Andy attended the university from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their degree, Andy also obtained certifications as a Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in July 2016 and as an Advanced Safety Certificate holder from the National Safety Council in June 2004.
