Joshua Ford

Joshua Ford, CPIM has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Joshua is currently the Director of Procurement Operations at Apogee Enterprises, Inc., a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Supply Chain Manager at the same company from July 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Apogee Enterprises, Inc., Joshua worked as a Supply Chain Manager at JBT FoodTech from July 2016 to July 2019. Joshua also held a similar role at AROW Global Corp. from August 2014 to July 2016.

Joshua began their career at Greenheck Fan Corporation in October 2008, where they held positions such as Process Improvement - International Operations and Systems from October 2010 to August 2014, and Materials Supervisor from October 2008 to October 2010.

Joshua started their professional journey as a Buyer at Cequent in 1998, a role they held for ten years until 2008.

Joshua Ford, CPIM, has a diverse education history with a strong focus on supply management and operations. Joshua started their educational journey in 1998 at UW-Marathon County, where they studied elementary education for a year. In 2000, they enrolled at North-Central Tech College and pursued a degree in industrial engineering for four years.

Continuing their education, Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Cardinal Stritch University between 2004 and 2008. During this time, they also attended APICS, where they earned the CPIM designation in inventory and operations management in 2008.

Furthering their expertise, Joshua engaged in executive education at UW-Madison in a program centered around strategic global sourcing and supply management, beginning in 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Joshua holds certifications in their field. Joshua obtained the CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS. Furthermore, they have a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification. The institutions and dates of attainment for these certifications are not specified.
