Michael Daugherty

Michael Daugherty serves as a Capability Development Manager at Apogee Solutions, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael Daugherty had a distinguished career with the U.S. Army from January 2001 to November 2022, holding several key positions including Instructor, Platoon Sergeant, Joint Fires Observer Instructor/Evaluator, and Fire Support Sergeant. As an Instructor, Michael Daugherty trained over 4,000 students annually and coordinated with government agencies for high-demand training. The role of Platoon Sergeant involved leading, managing, and training a team of 42 personnel. Michael Daugherty also played a critical role as a Joint Fires Observer Instructor/Evaluator, training Soldiers in joint tactics and the employment of various support systems. Michael Daugherty's educational background includes an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, earned between 2017 and 2022.
