Kelly Shoebridge

Kelly Shoebridge has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kelly is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Apogee Corporation since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Commercial Services Group as a Recruitment Business Manager from March 2011 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial at New Appointments Group from April 2009 to March 2011. Kelly also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial, Executive & Accountancy at Profile Selection & Kings Hill Recruitment from June 2004 to 2009.

Kelly Shoebridge completed their GCSE's and A-Levels at Maidstone Grammar School for Girls from 1993 to 2000. Kelly then pursued a Certification in Social Sciences at University, graduating in 2002. In 2005 and 2006, Kelly obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management from The Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Currently, they are working towards a Level 5 Management qualification, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022.
