Rich Craybas

Rich Craybas is a seasoned professional in private credit with extensive experience in sponsor coverage and leveraged buyout transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Apogem Capital since August 2022, Rich is responsible for the origination of transactions and the management of sponsor relationships for private equity firms in the northeast. Prior to this role, Rich held positions at Macquarie Group as Senior Originator in Principal Finance and at Medley Management Inc. as Managing Director, both focused on private credit. Rich's career began at GE Capital, where roles included Assistant Vice President of Sponsor Finance and Analyst in the Financial Management Program. Rich holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, completed in 2008.
