Helen Caldwell has a diverse work experience across various industries. Helen started their career as an Undergraduate Instructor at Yale Young Global Scholars in 2014, where they taught sessions on Politics, Law, Economics, and Grand Strategy. During this time, they also designed and led seminars on the topic of "Gender in U.S."
