DANCAN MOGAKA

Dancan Mogaka has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and fraud operations. Currently serving as a Fraud Operations Agent and previously as a Customer Care Representative at Apollo Agriculture since February 2020, Dancan has honed skills in fraud detection and client relations. Prior to this, Dancan worked as an Enumerator at the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics for a month in August 2019, and as a Service Desk Officer at The Cooperative Bank of Kenya for two years from June 2016 to June 2018. An internship at the Kenya Copyright Board in early 2016 further contributed to Dancan's experience. Dancan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Nairobi, earned between 2011 and 2015.
