Surendra Karwa

Surendra Karwa has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Surendra began their career at Electro Group as a Partner from June 2002 to April 2006. After that, they founded and managed Balance Fitness Studio as a Founder from July 2006 to November 2011. Surendra then joined Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited as a Center Manager from June 2012 to April 2013. From May 2013 to July 2017, Surendra worked at Apollo White Dental Care as a Regional Manager - Business and Operations. Surendra then briefly worked at Westminster Healthcare as Head - Clinical Liaison from July 2017 to December 2017. Surendra's next role was at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, where they served as a Business Head from December 2017 to April 2021, and later as a Zonal Manager - Chennai from April 2021 to August 2022. Surendra then joined One Life Home Healthcare as a City Lead from August 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Surendra holds the position of Regional Business Head at Apollo Cradle since March 2023.

Surendra Karwa completed their Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management with a focus on General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Engineering Careers and Jobs, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Surendra has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they received certifications in "Health Care Innovation" from Wharton Online and "Strategic Innovation: Building and Sustaining Innovative Organizations" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In June 2020, they obtained certifications in "Covid-19 Contact Tracing" from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, "Leadership and Emotional Intelligence" from the Indian School of Business, and "Managing Social and Human Capital" from Wharton Online.
