Javier Araya has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and operations. Javier started their career at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor and later became a Senior Buyer. In this role, they were responsible for demand planning and increasing MRP accuracy, resulting in a significant reduction in scrap materials and cost savings for the company.

Javier then joined H.B. Fuller as a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, where they implemented S&OP processes and managed supply chain issues. Additionally, they led Lean Six Sigma initiatives and implemented various process improvements across departments, gaining a deep understanding of industrial engineering role's impact on business.

Javier Araya holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, which they earned from 2003 to 2008. Javier later pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in 2009, they completed a certification in LSS Black Belt for Process Improvements from Accenture.
