Lana McGarry

Lana McGarry is the Chief People Officer at APOLLO Insurance. Lana has been with the company for 1 year and 5 months and has held the titles of Chief People Officer, VP People + Culture.

Prior to joining APOLLO, Lana was the HR / Talent Leader on a personal hiatus. During this time, they took the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge so that they could help people and organizations grow and transform.

Before their hiatus, Lana worked for Vision7 Communications Inc. for 9 years and 8 months. During their time there, they held the titles of Senior Director of Talent (HR) and Director of Talent. Lana was responsible for leading talent strategy and operations to fuel business growth through talent growth. Lana also focused on leadership development & change management, total rewards, and complex national HR/Talent projects & initiatives with teams across Canada.

Lana McGarry has a degree in Arts from The University of British Columbia, with a focus in Psychology. Lana is also a Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR) from CPHR BC & Yukon. Lana is currently working as a PI Analyst for The Predictive Index.
