Ivaylo Penev

Ivaylo Penev has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ivaylo started their career at Disney Cruise Line in 2002 as a Galley Supervisor, providing support to the entire F&B department. Ivaylo then moved on to the role of 2nd Housekeeper, where they focused on guest satisfaction and trained newly hired crew and managers. In 2011, Ivaylo became a Food Safety and Sanitation Officer, responsible for auditing public health aspects of various departments. Ivaylo joined The Apollo Group in 2017 as an Assistant Director-Public Health and later became the Director Public Health ICS & SSSL. Ivaylo's work experience showcases their dedication to excellence and their ability to guide and train others.

Ivaylo Penev obtained their high school diploma from the Humanitarian Institute "Akad. Ananie Javashov" Razgrad/Bulgaria between 1992 and 1997. Ivaylo then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Shumen "Konstantin Preslavsky" from 2000 to 2006.
