Stefan Brueggemann

Stefan Brueggemann is an experienced culinary professional specializing in pastry and bakery, currently serving as Senior Corporate Executive Chef and Corporate Pastry & Bakery Chef at The Apollo Group since January 2016. Prior to this role, Stefan held the position of Corporate Pastry at Holland America Line from April 2015 to December 2015. Stefan's extensive career also includes significant tenure as Corporate Pastry Chef at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line from 2007 to March 2015 and at Norwegian Cruise Line from 1996 to 2006. Stefan's culinary education was obtained at Hotelschool Berlin, where attendance spanned from 1990 to 1992.
