Ashley Mengyi Zhang has a strong background in business operations and strategy, with experience in various companies and industries. Ashley Mengyi is currently the Sr Manager of CS Operations and Strategy at Apollo GraphQL, where they are responsible for building the operational foundation for a world-class customer success organization. Prior to that, they were a Business Operations & Insights Staff Manager at Nutanix, where they played a key role in developing the operating model for the customer success organization. Ashley also held senior managerial positions at Western Digital, where they were responsible for the P&L of WDC Channel CSSD portfolio, and at SanDisk, where they owned the forecasting and demand planning process for Tier-1 OEM accounts. Ashley Mengyi began their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Nomura and Baird. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated their analytical skills, operational rigor, and ability to drive efficiency and growth in various business functions.

Ashley Mengyi Zhang has pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Operation Research & Management Science (Honors) at the University of California, Berkeley. Ashley Mengyi has also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering Operations Research at the same institution.
