Mallika Sahay Ganti has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Mallika is currently the Head of Growth Sales at Apollo.io since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Scout & Angel Investor at Sequoia Capital starting in 2022. In 2019, Mallika was an Advisor at Arise Leadership, where they developed a sales playbook and helped with the hiring process. Mallika also held multiple roles at Census, including Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of Sales, and Head of Online Sales. At Segment, Mallika was a Product Manager, Head of Global Sales Development, Sales Development Manager, and SMB Account Executive. Mallika also worked in Sales Strategy and Sales Operations at Box. Mallika started their career as a Corps Member and Middle School Math Teacher at Teach for America.

From 2007 to 2011, Mallika Sahay Ganti attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Decision Science and Psychology.
