Wade is the CEO and Co-founder of First Nation Services, LLC; First Nation Services is an air medical partner with Native American tribes in the country to improve their access to quality healthcare services. First Nation started the first Native-owned air medical services program in Pine Ridge, South Dakota known as Oglala Lakota Air Rescue. Wade was the Chairman and CEO of Seven Bar Aviation. Seven Bar began operations in 1947 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was a leading provider of air medical services and FBO operations in many locations across the United States. Wade was instrumental in the strategy and growth of Seven Bar since 1989; this included the expansion of air medical services and the introduction of rotor-wing air medical services. Wade is a tribal enrollee of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe.
