Whitney Smith

Whitney Smith, Vice President of Human Resources, has a diverse background with 15 years of experience working across the healthcare space and consulting industry. She provides sound solutions to complex issues with the innate ability to quickly assess challenging situations and develop a plan that drives results. Her strategic approach to personnel management, policy & procedure development and financial/payroll analysis are critical to Apollo’s success. To date, Whitney been influential on driving positive culture and has contributed to the onboarding of seven new air ambulance bases along with 11 new aircraft and the continuous recruitment of new personnel necessary to sustain operations and future growth. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from West Texas A&M University.
