Ian McGlumphy has over 13 years of work experience in the events and marketing industry. Ian began their career in 2007 as a Lab Store Associate / Visual Marketing with American Eagle Outfitters. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Production Associate with Live Nation. In 2008, they worked as an Independent Event Promoter with Obvious Productions LLC. In 2009, they worked as a Corporate Sales Intern with the Pittsburgh Penguins. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Manager, Live Events with World Wrestling Entertainment. In 2015, they worked as a Manager, Events & Sponsorship with GNC. Currently, they are the Head of Partnership & Events at Apollo Neuro.

Ian McGlumphy attended Virginia Tech from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and a Business degree from the Pamplin College of Business with a focus in Marketing Management and Global Business.
