Tony Vivek is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Apollo Spectra Hospitals since January 2022, Tony is responsible for the complete employee lifecycle across four strategic business units in Chennai, overseeing talent acquisition, employee grievances, and performance management systems. Prior roles include HR Manager at Bloom Fertility Centre, where Tony established HR policies in alignment with NABH standards, and Assistant Manager of HR at SIMS Hospital, focusing on training and development. With a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Madras, Tony has consistently contributed to enhancing HR processes and team performance, achieving significant milestones such as the implementation of a 360˚ appraisal system and successful NABH audits.
