Dipankar Ghosh

Dipankar Ghosh is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various organizational roles. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR for APMEA at Apollo Tyres Ltd, Ghosh has previously held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Bajaj Consumer Care and served as Senior General Manager of Human Resources at DIAGEO India. Ghosh’s career at Tata Motors includes pivotal roles such as Head of HR for Supply Chain & Quality, Head of Business HR for the Passenger Car Business Unit, and Project Manager for Tata Motors South Africa Inc. Ghosh began professional experience at MECON Limited as a Senior Manager in Personnel. Educationally, Ghosh holds a PG Fellowship in Organizational Leadership from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
