Joanne Zwerger

Joanne Zwerger, CPA, currently serves as the AGM SOX Program Lead at Apollo Global Management, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Prior to this role, Joanne Zwerger held various leadership positions at Equitable from 2005 to 2023, including Head of Print2Digital Transformation and Chief Procurement Officer, where strategic transformations in operations and risk management were key focuses. Joanne Zwerger's extensive background also includes roles in fraud prevention, financial control, and audit investigations, alongside previous experience at KENRICK CORPORATION, PEARCE MEMORIAL CHURCH, and Paychex, Inc. Additionally, Joanne Zwerger was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Roberts Wesleyan College and began a career as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG US. Educational achievements include a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an AAS in Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack.
