William R. is a Senior Regulatory Counsel at Apollo Global Management Inc. William previously served as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Prior to that, William worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins and Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. William also clerked for Judge Richard A. Posner at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. William holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, along with studies in Mathematics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
