Thorsten Tamm

Thorsten Tamm is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in Lean Construction Management and continuous improvement processes. Currently serving as a Lean Construction Manager at apoprojekt since June 2023, Thorsten Tamm implements and coaches Lean methodologies in project execution. Previously, as Lean and KVP Manager at KAEFER Construction GmbH from January 2015 to May 2023, Thorsten Tamm was responsible for applying Lean and continuous improvement strategies across all project phases in the construction industry. Earlier roles include serving as a Bauprojektleiter at Lindner Group from April 2003 to December 2014, overseeing large construction projects, and as a Bauleiter at IGP Ingenieur GmbH from January 2000 to November 2002, managing construction sites on behalf of clients. Thorsten Tamm holds a Diplom Bauingenieur degree from TU Dortmund University, obtained between October 1991 and December 1999, along with internship experience in construction.
